This has been a very busy year for me in so many ways... I am now writing four blogs and am absolutely amazed that all four have been the recipient of recognition from my fellow bloggers, or, as in the case of my "Irish Graves... those who rest in foreign lands" blog, archived in PANDORA.
You can read about that here...

I am honoured to be nominated by Catherine from
Seeking Susan ~ Meeting Marie ~ Finding Family
for Blog of the Year 2012 Award.
Thank you, Catherine, for including me among a great selection of bloggers, who are listed HERE
It is my pleasure to nominate some of my favourite bloggers here... I wish I could nominate all I follow, as there some very generous and talented people writing about all manner of things today.
I hope you get to enjoy some or all of these blogs as much as I do.
A Rebel Hand: Nicholas Delaney of 1798
I think you will find France's writing as interesting and addictive as I do.
Sharn has branched out with her second blog, which is proving to be every bit as interesting as her first. I can't wait to read about all she uncovers as she traces her convict ancestry.
irisheyes jennifer has triumphed over a year of incredible sadness as many have faced this last year, yet still written such positive and interesting posts, taking us with her through her family stories and enlightening us about the Irish way of life, then and now.
Arija's blog has delighted me from the first time I saw it... it invited me in and I decided to stay and wander... it is a visual feast as well as a journal of a life well lived.
Maltese Manor intrigued me with her title, also the fact that she writes on a local (to me) perspective and I am always learning something about the history of my home area that I didn't know before.
There are so many more that interest and intrigue me, but they will wait for another day...
Congratulations to all above and thank you for all you share so freely with your readers.
